The Tax Man

Well today was tax day for us. Last year we had to pay a lot! And we were not happy about that... in fact we are still paying on last year's bill.  So this year the tax man was a little more easy going... we only have to pay a little!  BUT still have to have pay!   The CPA says it is all about self-employment tax... who really cares about that... that is the social security and medicare that we will not see or  help us.  IT is so annoying! 

Andy went riding yesterday but it was too cold for me.  I have a minimum temp I like it to be... 60 or higher and it was only 57 and breezy... not for me.  So I stayed in the car and took a nap while Andy rode.  I had my lap top with me so after napping for a bit I watched a movie until he came back.    We are supposed to go tomorrow but the weather around here has been a bit strange.  

We can't believe that March is almost over... April is going to be a busy month for us so stay tuned and watch for more pictures.  The first weekend is Todd's B-day (Andy's Bro)  then the next weekend we are going to Gooseberry Mesa UT for a mountain bike trip then the last weekend is the Whiskey off road mountain bike race.  This year Andy is doing the 25 miler and I am doing the 15 miler.  Lots of exciting stuff!  

Brooke's Duathalon March 14th 2009

Brookes' first Duathlon here in Prescott, AZ.  1.5 mile run - 8 mile mtn. bike ride - 2.5 mile run.  She finished middle of the pack, not a fast runner but strong on the bike and made up a lot of time.  She did a great job!!!   

Today

Didn't go riding it was windy here, so Andy took Jessi out on a run with the bike.  She is a good sprinter but quickly ran out of steam.  The good thing is she will be out all night with  minimal licking. (allergies)
